Council Rock South Band Program encompasses the spirit of music and camaraderie. Founded in 2002, the Council Rock South Bands have a history of excellence, dedication and pride. Performing regularly at events, parades, competitions, and more, Council Rock South Bands have travelled far and wide to spread their talent and ceremonial sounds.
